Hill assisted the owner with alterations to an office building that was vacant for many years. The renovation updated finishes on the exterior and interior of the building. Accessibility to the building was met by providing a sloping walkway to the front entrance of the split level building, and included a snow melt system. Accessibility within the building was met by providing a limited use/limited access vertical platform lift between the three levels of the building.
