Hill assisted SABIC in the consolidation of their office space, from 42,000 sf to 17,000 sf. The former offices and labs were reconfigured and consolidated to accommodate SABIC’s tenant requirements. Hill provided all of the architectural and engineering services for the renovated spaces, including architectural layouts and finishes, fixture and furniture, electrical and voice/data coordination, and upgraded HVAC systems.
