HVAC Engineer

Engineering department seeks a mid level mechanical engineer with HVAC design background to fill an immediate open position. 5-7 years experience on a PE path. Should have experience with air, water and steam HVAC systems for office, medical, commercial and industrial applications. Ability to manage people and projects a plus. Candidate should be a motivated self-starter requiring minimum supervision.

Electrical Engineer/Designer

Must be experienced in power distribution, lighting design, and electrical studies. Must have in-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, and industry standards and practices. Industrial experience a plus. PE license a plus, but not necessary.

Work assignments to include commercial building design, industrial and heavy industrial power distribution, high-end residential design, application of standby generators, and smaller projects involving office renovations, building additions and site lighting projects.
