Residential Development

Ashmere Landings is a 60-acre residential community development on Lake Ashmere in Hinsdale, MA. The project included a complete survey of the site, a half mile of roadway design, storm drain system, sanitary sewer system including pump stations. Site amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and community pavilion. Hill also provided architectural design of all the individual units. Permitting for this project included planning/zoning board reviews, conservation commission approval, DEP sewer extension permit and a MEPA review. Hill is currently involved with construction following and on-site construction layout for this project.
