Residential Subdivision

Hill designed and obtained permits for a 16-acre residential subdivison in Lenox, MA. The project included a complete topographic and property line survey of the site. Site planning included design of roadways, storm drain system, water supply system and sanitary sewer line system. Hill followed through the permitting process with the local planning board, conservation commission and public works department.
