The Boys & Girls Club underwent a multiphase rehabilitation project to enhance building accessibility, enhance energy efficiency, as well as to update its 1960 vintage exterior. The project included reconstructing the facade, installing energy efficient windows, accessibility ramps and a three-stop elevator.
Hill provided design and construction phasing alternatives, construction documents, bidding and contract negotiations, and construction following.
