Barrington Stage Company purchased and renovated the Union Street Theatre in Pittsfield, MA. Hill was retained to design a modern and efficient HVAC system. The system consists of rooftop air-conditioning units and an innovative under-floor warm air delivery system. A state-of-the-art boiler plant was installed to heat the entire building. The MEP systems were carefully coordinated with the architect and integrated into the design. The systems are quiet, effective and efficient.
