Highlawn Farm, a turn-of-the-century estate, is one of the original "Berkshire Cottages." It currently serves as a commercial dairy farm. All the utilities, buildings, grading, and general infrastructure date from around 1900 and were failing due to age. The owner decided to undertake a major project to bring the entire estate back to its original grandeur. All utilities were to be upgraded to ensure thier longevity for many years to come. Hill provided the evaluation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and provided budget estimates and structural evaluations for the overall site. Civil and site services were provided. New site sewer, water and electrical services were installed.
