Data Center

The existing rooftop chiller serving the corporate data center was becoming unreliable. It required high maintenance and was coming to the end of its life cycle.  A new chiller plant was designed to take over as the primary chiller plant and the older would become the backup. The new plant consists of a 155 screw chiller, a plate and frame heat exchanger, a cooling tower, and pumps. A new control system was included into the design to tie into the existing control system.
