Distribution Center

This unique building footprint created many structural design challenges.  The building required clear heights, green building design considerations, and sophisticated HVAC equipment. These considerations had major impacts on the sizing and configuration of the structural assembly. Furthermore, the pyramid structure that houses a solarium on the first floor and conference room on the second was designed to maximize the solar gain from the south facing glazing.
