This unique new age product distribution center includes a pyramid where products are "charged." In addition to warehousing and distribution, the facility includes child care, offices, kitchen, meditation area, community room and a green house with passive/active solar systems. Other green building systems include solar, photovoltaic, geo-thermal and wind power. A water retention pond also supplies the fire suppression system. Hill provided complete site design, architectural, and engineering services.
