Customer Service Center

After remaining vacant for 20 years, the late 1800's fire station in downtown Pittsfield, MA was purchased by Berkshire Bank to house their new Customer Service Center. Adjacent to city hall and other historic public buildings in the city's Park Square Historical District, preservation of the historic features of the building was a high priority. The project received an award from the Massachusetts Historical Commission for Preservation.
